The 24/7 Website Maintenance idea came to us from listening to the customers we've met through the years. It didn't make sense to us, but they kept telling us about how they had given an update to their website to their webmaster weeks or months ago and it was still not updated. It could have been a few paragraphs, some images or a whole new section to the website and they explained how hard it was to get their website updated.

We've been doing updates to websites for years. Our clients didn't have to wait months or even weeks for their work to get done. We had been turning around web updates in 24 hours or less for a long time with no problem. Our team is efficient, they ask questions when they have them and aren't afraid to take time to explain something (in case you don't know "web speak"). When we ask questions, we provide screen shots of what we're talking about since we know that pictures can speak a thousand words. We pride ourselves in having good communication because we know the web business can be confusing sometimes.

We Launched a Solution

So we saw a need and decided to launch a new branch of our company in January 2009. The parent company of 24/7 Website Maintenance is Webstix, Inc. which has been working on websites since 2001. During that time, we've primarily worked on plain HTML and Open Source based website programming languages like PHP. We do not do ASP work yet but plan on adding that in the future - so don't be afraid to ask. Our list of services include working on WordPress websites, Joomla or Mambo websites, doing blog posting, changing text, editing and adding pictures / images and the list goes on.

Our Process

Our process is simple and streamlined. We use a e-mail and web based ticket system to help keep track of your requests. We just need FTP access to your website to do most updates (if you don't know what that is, we explain that for you).

We give you a quote on your work and once that is agreed on and payment arrangements are made, we turn around your work in 24 hours in most cases - depending on the amount of work. We've got a team ready to do your work - right now.
